Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
